10 habits that can damage the brain

The brain is a vital organ which is the control center of the central nervous system. Brain to regulate and coordinate the majority of the movement, behavior and homeostatic body functions such as heartbeat, blood pressure, body fluid balance and body temperature. The brain is also responsible for functions such as recognition, emotion. Motor learning and all other forms of learning. It is indeed a very complicated task and a lot and here's 10 activities that can damage our brains work.
1. Do Not Want Breakfast
Many people underestimate the breakfast. Though not consume anything in the morning led to a decline in blood sugar levels. This resulted in a lack of input of nutrients to the brain which finally ended in degeneration of the brain. The best breakfast in the morning is not heavy foods such as fried rice special, but enough water and a glass of fresh fruit juices. Useful to the body!
2. Most Meals Too much to eat, let alone a high fat content, can result in hardening of blood vessels in the brain due to accumulation of fat in the blood vessel wall. It apparently resulted in a very horrible smoking on the brain! Imagine, the human brain can shrink over time and eventually loses its functions because it diligently sucking smoky objects. No doubt the old time when even young ones, we are prone to Alzheimer's (Alzheimer's disease is senile).
4. Consuming Too Much Sugar
Too much sugar intake will inhibit the absorption of proteins and nutrients so the body's nutritional deficiencies and brain development is disrupted. Therefore, reduce the consumption of sweet foods your favorites.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the body absorb the most air. Too old to be in an environment with air pollution makes the brain work inefficiently.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep gives the brain a chance for a rest. Often neglect to sleep makes the brain cells to die from exhaustion. However, not too much sleep because it can make you a lazy slow. It should sleep 6-8 hours a day to be healthy and fit.
7. Closing Head When Sleeping
Sleeping with his head covered is a bad habit that is very dangerous because the carbon dioxide produced during sleep the brain is concentrated so polluted. Do not be surprised if over time the brain becomes damaged.
8. Thinking Too Hard When Moderate Pain
